At Field & Kin, we work with international fulfilment partners to deliver our products to customers worldwide.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days before dispatch. Processing may occasionally take longer during particularly busy periods or due to supplier availability.

Delivery Times

Orders to the United States are typically delivered within 10–18 business days from the date your order is placed. This estimate includes our normal order processing time.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple-Item Orders

If you order more than one product, items may occasionally be shipped separately because products can be fulfilled from different locations. You may therefore receive more than one package.

Shipping Costs

Field & Kin currently offers free standard shipping to the United States and South Africa. If a shipping charge applies to your order, it will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched. You can also use the Track Your Order link on our website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by your destination country. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are generally the customer's responsibility.
